Safe preparation
Stop use if water is leaking. Close a clearly identified, safely accessible appliance water valve if practical without moving equipment. Do not reach into the pump area, remove the unit or handle electrical parts near water.

A useful detail for this request
If the door will not latch normally, describe the obstruction or change in closure. Do not force the latch or bypass its safety function.
Changes you may notice
- Water remains in the tub after a completed cycle.
- Dishes come out with residue.
- The cycle stops before finishing.
- Water appears beneath the door or cabinet.
- Drying performance has changed.
A focused diagnostic visit
Testing is adapted to the appliance and reported behavior. The items below guide the inspection; they are not a promise that a particular component needs replacement.
- Fill, circulation and drain behavior
- Door sealing and the source of visible leaks
- Heating or drying behavior appropriate to the configuration
- Controls and cycle progression
Prepare the details that matter
A leak needs its source traced before continued use. Door sealing, fill behavior and internal circulation can call for different repairs.
Poor washing and poor draining can occur together without having one simple cause. Describe the cycle result and whether standing water remains.
A brand, appliance type and concise symptom description are enough to begin. Installation restrictions can be discussed without moving or dismantling the appliance.
From request to an agreed repair
The service process has a clear decision point: diagnosis first, approval second. Ask about the scope, parts and price before authorizing work.
The diagnostic/service call is $95 and is credited toward an approved repair. An itemized repair price is agreed after diagnosis and before work. Genuine OEM parts are used. Same-day and emergency appointments depend on schedule and location.
Parts, warranty and scope
1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covers parts installed and labor performed under normal use. It excludes new unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and work performed by others after the service visit.
Genuine OEM parts are used. This is independent service, with no claim of manufacturer endorsement.
Helpful answers
Before you arrange service
Can I keep using it while it leaks?
Stop using a leaking appliance to limit further water exposure. Do not operate electrical equipment in a wet area.
Is standing water always a failed drain pump?
No. The drain path, controls and pump operation need inspection. A replacement should follow diagnosis rather than the symptom alone.
Can an integrated dishwasher be serviced?
Integrated configurations are within scope. Describe the installation and any access restrictions before the appointment is arranged.
